5 Characteristics of Great PPC Managers

Here are the five top characteristics that make up a great PPC manager. So now, I just need to go out and hire three folks just like this! It really brings up the debate around hiring for a skill set or hiring for a knowledge base. In my experience, if you hire for a skill set, and provide the knowledge base, you always end up with a better, more motivated, and more loyal employee. The article seems to echo that sentiment.
