I guess my point was that the sessions seemed to hold everyone's
attention more so than other conferences. I agree there was a lot of
networking going on, but it seemed to be less important during Gnomedex.

Dinner was great! Looking forward to doing it again.

It was a great conference. I'll disagree that there were no hallway conversations, though. I saw lots of networking in the hallways – I skipped out on a couple of sessions because I was finding it even more interesting to meet and talk with some of the other attendees. Great meeting you over dinner, BTW.

Thanks for your thoughts. Good to hear about Gnomedex and that people are making it _real_. Sounds like it's a great community that gets together there.
