293.4: Nice Comeback
Not a bad little comeback with a 5.6 lbs weight loss. The Sacred Heart diet was not super hard, and to be truthful, I didnt follow it exactly having run out of the soup after two days. The two biggest lessons I learned were:
- Its ok to be a little bit hungry; and
- I suck at portion control.
I seem to eat decently, but too much, and maybe too often. This week, I am going to be on my own, tracking my food intake in the WeightWatchers interface, but not really sticking to any specific diet. I am also thinking of ordering some of the nutrisystem food since I could get a month of meals portioned out correctly, and learn what a normal portion size should be.

Damn…the dreaded double post :-)
I started my challenge Memorial Day weekend. Goal is to get active on a daily basis and eat healthy (I don’t believe in diets) and I try to stay Gluten-Free as well.
My ideal goal is to work out from 6a-6:45a Mon-Fri, then I work from home from 7a-3:30p, then hit the gym again for another workout 2-3 days. Have been 95% effective at meeting this goal since I started my challenge.
Had surgery 3 July and was told by my surgeon to take it easy on hitting the gym until the beginning of Aug. So while that is on the backburner for now I started walking again yesterday and will target walking every day, getting a little bit farther each day.
