		<description>Damn...the dreaded double post :-)

I started my challenge Memorial Day weekend. Goal is to get active on a daily basis and eat healthy (I don&#039;t believe in diets) and I try to stay Gluten-Free as well.

My ideal goal is to work out from 6a-6:45a Mon-Fri, then I work from home from 7a-3:30p, then hit the gym again for another workout 2-3 days. Have been 95% effective at meeting this goal since I started my challenge.

Had surgery 3 July and was told by my surgeon to take it easy on hitting the gym until the beginning of Aug. So while that is on the backburner for now I started walking again yesterday and will target walking every day, getting a little bit farther each day.
