		<description>Interesting information about start-up CEO&#039;s.  While I&#039;ve never been in a position to lend venture capital, I have been part of the group asking for that same capital.  Although I wasn&#039;t the CEO, I can certainly see how a potential venture capitalist lender could classify a start-up CEO into one of those categories.  In my case, I&#039;m not sure where which category our CEO fell into.</description>
