Startup CEOs are a rare breed. They usually dont get into startups because they have a large desire to manage or lead a large group of people. Usually, they are technologists, dreamers, visionaries that have an idea and think other people would pay to be part of the idea.

Wow! Didn't realize I was so smelly. I do shower everyday, though. I do fit all the smells and hope that @SocialGrow and @ReferralBonus are successful because of my experience.

Being a start-up CEO that has sought and obtained venture capital and then turned the time and resources it afforded into success I would agree with your unique comments on “smell” . However, I find the reference to administrator for this CEO-type off mark.

Interesting information about start-up CEO's. While I've never been in a position to lend venture capital, I have been part of the group asking for that same capital. Although I wasn't the CEO, I can certainly see how a potential venture capitalist lender could classify a start-up CEO into one of those categories. In my case, I'm not sure where which category our CEO fell into.
