		<description>Interesting metaphor and I have to say pretty spot on. From the vantage point of someone who was willing to blow himself up, anyone frustrated in a start-up should take opportunities to confront the situation before it gets to DEFCON 5. As for me I guess I felt like I was dealing with an irrational situation, a terrorist (to continue the metaphor) at that point and couldn&#039;t confront the issue rationally / comprehensively enough. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sometimes whether it is the right thing for the business or not you need to be willing to push the button and create change.</description>
