		<description>1) Developers are people, and people can make their own decisions  &lt;br&gt;about what works best for them.&lt;br&gt;2) Developers are adults, and therefore see #1&lt;br&gt;3) Developers are problem solvers. What better problems to solve than  &lt;br&gt;those of a young company?&lt;br&gt;4) Boulder is a great place to live and work.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Given those reasons, why would developers NOT want to come work for  &lt;br&gt;the companies that are involved?</description>

		<description>Having traveled quite a bit this last year talking to hundreds of developers, and then talking to the developers around Boulder, I can say that there is truth to that statement.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;There is something about a strong community, smart people, 300 days of sun, tons of outdoor activities and a robust economy that has that effect on people :)</description>

<p>There is something about a strong community, smart people, 300 days of sun, tons of outdoor activities and a robust economy that has that effect on people :)</p>
