This post is not about me. Not in the slightest.

The biggest lesson I have learned in my crazy life is that I am happiest when I see the people around me laughing and smiling.

So, today, in a very unlike Micah way, I am going to highlight the people that have made me smile this week.

The Ignighter Guys: If you know Adam and Dan, you know that they are a matched pair. I will never forget the two of them walking down the street, in lockstep clapping their hands in perfect rhythm.

Mike Bucks: Mike had a big decision to make this week, and he chose with his heart and his head. Which meant that I would not be breaking either one.

Shana Glickfield: Shana understated sarcasm is not lost on me. Her constant search for the perfect place to eat, drink and buy clothes cracks me up. Plus how can you not laugh at someone who uses words like “perfs,” “totes” and “for realzies”? I mean outside of kindergarten.

Aaron Brazell: Aaron is really beginning to come on strong at Lijit. I am proud of the work he is doing.

Molly Bush: I met Molly at Demo day, and convinced her to eat a rammikin of ketchup. Which was followed by a rousing Karaoke rendition. I honestly am smiling as I write this. Molly is exactly the type of person I love having in my life. Smart, funny, and willing to do anything for money. (Someone give her a job so she doesnt have to eat ketchup for a living…)

Todd Vernon: This is not a kiss ass move, dammit. Yes, he is CEO of Lijit. But, Todd is one of the most clever people I know. He has a million weird sayings that crack me up. My favorite? “Micah go do your fucking job.” That one gets me every time.

Rana Sobhany: “Hai!!! I was thinking about you!!!” Thats how Rana usually announces she has IM’d me. How does that not make you smile?
