Here is my point. Our roots define our own self limitations and lack thereof. For me, I want to review what thoughts have I created that create artificial self-limitations, and remove them. I am focusing on my strengths, which is my will power to do what I think is right.

Micah...I don't follow. On the one hand, you mention inspiring role models who focus on their strengths. But, then you conclude that you're going to think about a weakness...at the negative self-beliefs that have found their way into your roots.

What are your strengths? I have observed that you are a social hub...people want to be in your orbit, and where you go others follow. Why is a harder question, but I believe it is because you are humble and live from your heart.

Let me remind you of another thing that Gary said that has stuck with me more than anything from SXSW:

You don't have inadequacies. You have you.

This I always knew. Which is why I always argued with you about the sarcastic stuff. You might be a sarcastic bitch, but I think at your very roots, when you strip away all the other stuff, you are a strong, funny, wise, encouraging, creative and inspiring force. I love the moments in which you own all those possibilities. If you ever need an unironic cheerleader, you have me.
