While there are obviously huge milestone moments that stand out I think one of the keys to enjoying life to be fully present even the mundane moments (frying an egg, tying your shoes, getting on the bus); particularly those moments shared with others.

Love the video and the fact that this post made me recall the critical moments in my life.

Micah, great post. The moments in between are oftentimes the most important parts of life. It’s not necessarily how you deal with the big events that defines who you are as a person, but more appropriately, the journey from big event to big event.

The timing is too good. I don’t regret the past, but I remember the moments and use what I learned.

But, yes, life is full of those moments, like mini-ephiphanies, that shape our lives. I just had one tonight, with a phone call that did not go the way it should.

No, you’re not crazy at all. Moments take up a story, that’s the unit of time in which someting can change, which makes it very powerful. I like this post a lot. Glad I stopped by.
